Return Policy

Made-to-order products are all sales final and are not returnable or exchangeable. These items have a "Made-To-Order", "Personalized", "Monogrammed", "Custom Order", "Special Order", or similar notation on the product page. Please read sizing, dimension, product information and shipping information lead time prior to ordering. If applicable, double-check spelling of all custom text including names, initials and dates. Note that changes or cancellations on custom items are not accepted once an order is placed as the order immediately goes into production. We reserve the right to cancel an order if it is deemed to have inappropriate content, language or violates a copyright.

All other products can be returned within 14 days of delivery date. You will need a return authorization number (RMA#) prior to the return. Please request your RMA# from Customer Service using the Contact Us page form and provide order number, customer name, item number and reason for return. We will promptly email you the RMA# along with return address and instructions. Items will not be accepted without prior approval and will be refused. All items must be returned in unused condition and in original packaging to qualify for a refund. A 20% restocking fee may apply on a return if item is not in original condition. All shipping costs will also be deducted from your refund. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

If merchandise is damaged or there is a manufacturer defect, you must notify us with your claim within 10 days of receipt of merchandise by contacting Customer Service via the Contact Us page form. We will promptly reply to you with instructions for damaged/defective items. Do not return damaged/defective items to us until further instruction. Save your original packing slip and packing materials. You will have the option of receiving a replacement at no additional cost or getting a full refund. Refunds are only issued after our warehouse has assessed the damage and approved the refund. Replacements will be shipped upon review of damaged/defective items.
